What is the approximate location of the tasman hot spot in the pacific ocean?

The Tasman hotspot is located in the southern Pacific Ocean, roughly halfway between Australia and New Zealand. Specifically, it is located south of New Caledonia and east of the Lord Howe Rise. The hotspot is responsible for the formation of several seamount chains, including the Tasmantid Seamounts, and has also influenced the development of the Kermadec-Tonga subduction zone to the west.
